Refund policy

Do to the nature of the product we do not accept returns.  We do, however, realize things can happen during transit.  If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, please email us promptly and provide a picture at sweetteaseco@gmail.com.  We will gladly ship you a replacement.  We are not responsible for orders that were left sitting unattended or in weather conditions.
